Cancellation Policy

Residential Cleaning Policy Our residential cleaning services are designed to provide dependable, high-quality care for your home. The following policies help ensure clear expectations and consistent service. Scope of Services Standard residential cleaning includes tasks such as dusting surfaces, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, trash removal, and sanitizing high-touch areas. Additional services such as deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, or appliance interiors may be available upon request for an additional fee. First-Time Cleanings Homes that have not been professionally cleaned recently may require an initial deep cleaning before starting recurring services to establish a maintainable cleaning standard. Scheduling & Access Cleaning services may be scheduled as one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits. Clients must ensure the home is accessible at the scheduled time by being present, providing a key, or sharing an access code. If we cannot access the home at the scheduled time, the appointment may be considered a missed visit and may be subject to a service fee. Supplies & Preparation Our team provides standard cleaning supplies and equipment. Clients who prefer specific products may provide them. To allow our team to clean efficiently, we ask that floors and surfaces be free of clutter and that fragile or valuable items be secured. Pets & Safety Pets should be secured or placed in a safe area during service when possible. Our team reserves the right to leave a property if unsafe conditions are present. Damage & Liability We treat every home with care and professionalism. If accidental damage occurs during service, clients must notify us within 24 hours so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, improperly secured items, or fragile valuables left in cleaning areas. Clients are encouraged to secure sentimental or high-value items prior to service. Quality Assurance If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will work promptly to address the concern. Services may vary depending on the size, condition, and layout of the home.
