Yes. The Clean Reserve is built specifically for vacation rentals and short-term stays. Our checklists are designed around fast turnovers, 5-star guest expectations, and platform standards.
A standard turnover includes full bathroom and kitchen cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and mopping, linen change, trash removal, and staging common areas so they're guest-ready.
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. For last-minute or same-day turnovers, reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
Yes. We regularly handle back-to-back cleans between guest check-out and check-in, as long as the time window and property size are reasonable. Share your schedule and we'll confirm.
Absolutely. All team members are vetted, trained, and covered by insurance so you and your property are protected.
Pricing is based on property size, service type, and frequency. Share a few details about your property and we'll provide a clear, upfront quote with no surprises.
Yes. We can restock items like toiletries, coffee, paper goods, and basic guest amenities if you provide the inventory or request a custom stocking plan.
Yes. In addition to standard turnovers, we offer deep cleans and move-in/move-out services for more detailed work like baseboards, inside cabinets, and behind appliances.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Short-notice changes may be subject to a fee to cover reserved time for your cleaning team.
Yes. Our team arrives with professional cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer we use specific products (for allergies or brand standards), let us know in advance. We also offer an eco-friendly product option upon request for hosts who want a greener clean.
