We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Short-notice changes may be subject to a fee to cover reserved time for your cleaning team.

Yes. Our team arrives with professional cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer we use specific products (for allergies purposes etc), let us know in advance.

Yes — and we can prove it. Every product we use carries the EPA Safer Choice certification, a rigorous standard administered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. This means every single ingredient in every product we bring into your home has been individually reviewed by EPA scientists and confirmed safe for human health, pets, and the environment. We don't use products that simply call themselves "natural" or "green" — we use products that have earned that label through independent government review.
